If you no longer wish to use NAVYUG BEAUTY STUDIO, you can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it. Please follow the steps below.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to nmveducation@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- In the email, include the registered mobile number and the full name used in the app, so that we can identify your account
- Send the email from any address; verification is done using your registered mobile number
We verify every request before deleting any account, so that no account is removed by mistake.
What data is deleted
Once your request is verified, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Your name, mobile number, address and profile photo
- Your login details and account credentials
- Examination photographs and examination results
- Coin balance and coin transaction history
- Course, note and class unlock records
- Referral records linked to your account
What data is retained, and for how long
Some records must be kept to meet Indian tax and accounting law:
- Payment and invoice records are retained for up to 8 years, as required by law. These records are kept only for legal and financial compliance and are not used for any other purpose.
- Issued certificates and diplomas may be retained for verification purposes, since third parties may need to verify them.
How long it takes
Account deletion requests are completed within 7 working days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
